Yoga asanas - back pain

Hi

Does anyone know of any good yoga asana's for back pain? I have suffered with back pain for years and have been told yoga can really help?????

Yes I have found those yoga positions to be great for back pain, as they help stretch and strengthen the muscles around the spine.
Also Pilates can help with strengthening the core muscles to support the back.
