Cassia Obovata, Senna or natural Henna, is nature’s most perfect hair conditioner. It will make your hair strong and give bounce to your hair. It gives no colour to your hair.

After a single application you will notice a remarkable difference with you hair getting back its shine and vigour.

If you have had your hair bleached repeatedly with chemical dyes, Senna/Cassia is the herb for you, especially if you have blonde hair. Use Cassia Obovata at least twice a month to restore a healthy look to your hair and give back your hair the shine lost due to repeated use of chemical hair colours.

If you have blonde, very light or gray hair and use Khadi Senna/Cassi regularly your hair will get a beautiful golden shade.

Senna/Cassia is recommended to be used after having your hair dyed blonde to repair the hair damage, or between having your hair treated with natural henna or indigo.

How to use Khadi Senna/Cassia?

1. Mix the powder with lemon juice in a glass or a china bowl. It should have the consistence of thick paste.

2. Cover the bowl with cling film, wrap it in a towel and put it in a warm place for 12 hours. If you would like to speed up the process, put it in a very warm place (about 35°C), can be on a radiator, for 2 hours. Do not boil the mixture!

3. When it is ready, add some more lemon juice to it and mix well to achieve the consistence of thick yoghurt.

4. Wash your hair with a natural shampoo and dry it.

5. Put on the gloves and then apply the mixture on clean and dry hair.

6. Put on a shower cap and roll a towel around the head.

7. Remove leftovers of the mixture from the forehead, nape and ears.

8. Leave Senna/Cassia on your hair for 1-2 hrs.

9. Wash it off thoroughly with warm water.
