Hi
I wanted to make a comment about bellies too!
Advice I have been given in the past is that you need to tone the area where you wish to lose weight, so doing sit ups combined with cardio exercise like runnings is the best way to lose it where you want to. So get the tummy muscles burning with sits ups (try using a fit ball for core muscle toning too!). Get the blood circulating on the tummy too by body brushing that area in the shower!
Good Luck!

Hey Dave
Sit ups are great for sculpting and toning a six pack when you have got rid of the belly, however they dont get rid of fat stomachs.
I find the best way to stay trim and look great is 30 - 45 minutes of cardio per day, i personally find cycling or running the best. This helps to loose weight all over including your belly. I think this is the key to getting a flat stomach. From there you can re introduce the sit ups and get yourself a great looking six pack!

Hi Exercise freak,
We have an old exercise bike that i've been hiding in the garage for about 1 year. I'll get this out and try out the cardio exercise, i bet it's less intense than the situps lol.
